CAP Membership for 2026-2027

To participate in CAP between August 1, 2026 and July 31, 2027, please confirm you meet the following criteria:

I will live off-campus.

I am a University student or an employee (paid by the University or Hospitals)

I will not purchase a daytime on-campus parking permit for the year/semester.

I pledge to use alternative transportation (bus, carpool, vanpool, bike or walk) as my primary commute to campus.

I understand that this membership does NOT auto-renew and that I must register for CAP annually.

Initial to confirm you have read and agree with the above statements:

CAP members must meet all criteria above and may leave the program at any time to purchase an available parking permit at a prorated cost. For questions, email cap@unc.edu.
